To be enable us to assist you with an application for a tax clearance certificate we need the following required information.

We would need the following documentation to prepare a quotation :

1.  Individual / Sole proprietor :

 - Certified copy of your ID.

- Latest rates & taxes bill OR lease agreement (Only this will be valid for proof of adress)

- List of you various tax numbers.

 

2.  Company or Closed Corporation :

- Latest registration documents

- Certified copy of ID's of all directors or members

- Latest rates & taxes bill OR lease agreement of the entity as well as the directors or members (Only this will be valid for proof of adress)

- List of you various tax numbers.

 

3.  Trust :

- Trust authorisation letter

- Trust deed

- Certified copy of ID's of all Trustees

- Latest rates & taxes bill OR lease agreement of the entity as well as the Trustees (Only this will be valid for proof of adress)

- List of you various tax numbers.
