Every business must submit a manual in term of Section 51.
This includes the following:
- Closed Corporations
- Private companies
- Public companies
- Sole proprietors
- Partnerships
- Trusts
3. What information are needed in the PAIA manual?
It must contain the following information:
Name and contact details of the officer supplying information.
Records held by the company.
